Nan’s caramel was brown sugar, butter, and salt, burnt to sticky perfection. Our caramel is whole dates, cashew butter and Himalayan crystal salt baked to sticky perfection then stirred together with pure maple syrup, free range egg whites and collagen. Can’t say my Nan’s ever asked me to make her a protein bar but, if she did, I’m pretty sure this would be it.

These are a tasty bar, though a little heavy on the cashew if you are sensitive to cashew (I am). No complaint though, just more of a heads up.

As a person who doesn't like chocolate, these protein bars stand out for me. I didn't think these bars tasted particularly like caramel, or salted, but they were decent protein hits.

Absolutely love the Salted caramel bar. I use it to supplement my protein intake and it satisfies my sweet tooth without being overly sweet Love that they are whole foods and not loaded with sugar and fillers and chemical additives. Best part is there is no damn dedicated coconut in them which I detest, and always seems to be used in everything. Just wish they were more readily available in shops.
