SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO
We want you to have your order as quickly as possible because we know how hungry you are.

If your order is placed by 11am on any weekday it will be dispatched same day, however if it is placed after 11am it may not be dispatched until the following business day.

During particularly busy periods (around Christmas for example) dispatch may be delayed.

We use Australia Post eParcel for most orders. This is a 2-5 day service Australia-wide, however at certain times of the year delivery can take longer than this due to high volumes of deliveries.

For larger orders we sometimes use other couriers such as Direct Freight Express or Star Track, and their delivery times can vary from overnight (Sydney metro) to 10 business days (interstate).

We recommend allowing up to 10 business days for deliveries, especially to rural and remote locations.

We are unable to ever guarantee deliveries within a certain time frame as we are relying on third party couriers. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed with your tracking number so that you can track your package every step of the way.

Please contact us straight away if you’re not satisfied with your order. We will review any return requests on a case by case basis.
