• 23.9g Protein Serve: we use a NZ Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate, that runs clear when water is added. You get a light and refreshing drink that will promote muscle growth and repair.
   
• Collagen: We use bovine Collagen which helps maintain the health and structure of the skin, bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels and organs.
   
• BCAAs: added Branched Chain Amino Acids will make sure you maximise muscle growth and repair muscle damaged from intense workout sessions.
   
• Electrolytes: Given electrolytes are directly related to your body's muscle and brain functioning, tough training sessions can deplete the body of its natural electrolytes. Our Protein Water will replenish these levels and maintain your body's hydration levels, helping regulate nerve and muscle function, hydrate the body and further help rebuild damaged tissues.
   
• Vitamin C: Will assist in reducing muscle soreness after training sessions.
